The 13th Annual High Peaks Art Festival is a friendly outdoor, juried exhibition of fine arts and crafts in the beautiful mountain setting of Nederland, Colorado. The Festival is complemented by live music and food booths.
The 2012 Festival included 50 booths with artwork in all media including painting,photography, jewelry, fiber, glass,metal, wood and mixed media fine craft. All art is juried and only the highest caliber of artwork is accepted. The Festival has garnered many positive accolades in the art community including FestivalNet which rates the show as 4-stars and its show director as 5-stars out of a possible 5-star rating.

Aspen Grove Preschool’s Turtle Float
An annual fundraiser, turtles race down Middle Boulder Creek. Winners of the races and drawings win great prizes. The preschool ( previously known as Over the Rainbow) is a community-based cooperative, not-for-profit preschool. Their environmental, literacy-based curriculum and experiential approach encourage children to explore, inquire and express themselves through language, science, art, math, dramatic play, and music. Be sure to stop by their booth located in Creek Row during the Festival.
